How Long We Store Personal Data
User data will be stored on our website for up to 36 months. We will keep your resume in our files for 3 years, or until you ask us to remove it. Your resume will be kept in the recruiter database for 2 years, or until you request it be removed. At any time you may contact us to remove your data from our records, in whole or in part.

You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.

How We Protect Your Personal Data
Your resume is only accessible to our employees. Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in the employee’s termination. If you choose to opt into having your resume placed in the recruiter database, you will have access to that privacy policy.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical. 

How to Opt-Out of Data Collection, Use or Disclosure
We provide the following specific opt-out methods for the forms of collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data specified below:

  1. With your permission, we will place your resume in a third-party database that is accessed by recruiters. If you chose to opt into that free service, you will be given the opportunity to view their privacy policy before your resume is added. You can opt-out easily as part of our intake, you can select “No, I do not want my resume placed in the recruiter database”.

You can choose to be notified each time a cookie is transmitted. You can also choose to disable cookies entirely in your internet browser, but this may decrease the quality of your user experience.
