The difference is in learning the language needed to create a resume that shifts your talents and experience from your current industry to your new career choice.  So, if you are currently in the food industry but want to move into fashion, we spend time researching the new industry, and work to make your qualifications and achievements a match.

A sample cover letter is included in every plan, along with notes on how to customize each cover letter to match the position you are applying for. Cover letters are quickly becoming a thing of the past, but if they do request one, our notes will give you a head start. If you choose, we will draft a cover letter for a small ($55) fee.

We create every resume from scratch. An edit just won’t do what our bespoke resumes do. 

We don’t offer stand-alone services. We feel that for best results, resumes and Linkedin profiles need to be well-matched and work together to help you get ahead.

We are always open to discussing split payments. 

We do not provide samples. Each resume is unique to the individual we create it for. If you have questions about the quality of our work, please read our testimonials and see what clients have said about the service we deliver.

We have written resumes for all job situations, all skill sets, and all levels of experience. We have never had a resume that we couldn’t do.

Once we receive your information, we have your first draft to you in 7 business days. 

We are a small team at your disposal. Kelly will review your resume, consult with you on the service best suited to your needs, and explain our collaborative process. Once we receive your information we will assign one of our writers to create your first draft. Our Chief Writer, Stephanie, will then begin working directly with you to revise your resume until you are happy. 

We guarantee that our resumes will pass through the ATS algorithms and tell your story in the best way.  If after using the resume as directed for 6 weeks you have no response, we’ll gladly take a look at your resume and how you are using it. Please remember: having an employer or recruiter contact you means your resume is performing as it should.

No problem. We will look at your available resources, including LinkedIn profile, and connect for your free consultation.

A this time, we have reduced the pricing of every package, in acknowledgment of the economic uncertainty we are all living with. 

We understand that circumstances change. Your investment will be refunded provided:

  • The refund request is within 14 days of purchase, and
  • Your completed intake form has not been returned to Smart Monkey Career Services. 

When we receive your intake form, the sale is final

Please inform us of your request for a refund by means of a clear statement by email at: smartmonkeycareers@gmail.com

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your reimbursement.


Yes! As long as we have not received your completed intake form, we are happy to write the resume you purchased for a friend or family member, as long as their needs fall within the same resume tier. Please reach out to discuss how we can make this work.
